Dr Richard Paterson: A personal note to the patients of the Croft Practice
Posted on 18 Mar 2020
Following on from my departure from the Croft Practice, I wanted to express my sincere thanks to those who sent me cards, personal letters and gifts prior to my retirement.
Some of the comments made were very moving and made me reflect on the great times I have had at the practice over many years, and indeed the relationships with those whom I have had the privilege of looking after during that time. It would be logistically difficult to thank everyone individually, suffice to say every card and good wish has been received with the attention it deserved; prompting considerable thought and reflection on my part.
The contributions made at the reception desk were put together as a voucher to be used for camera equipment which I will have no difficulty in rapidly spending, given my hobby and great interest in landscape photography. In addition you kindly gave my wife and I annual membership to the Wildfowl and Wetlands Trust, which we are looking forward to enjoying together in Arundel, and at other places around the UK.
I shall greatly miss my friends at the Croft and the interactions that I have had with my patients. Your good wishes and supportive messages have been of great help to me during this period of change in my life, and for that I am truly grateful.
With my best wishes to you all.
