Kevin and Ness are available to help with home visits during the week. They are also able to see people with minor illnesses and acute problems in the surgery.
The Practice Manager
Mrs Judith Walker (MAMGP) is the practice manager and she may be able to help you with any administrative or non-medical aspects of the practice. She is available to discuss suggestions or complaints (compliments are always welcome!).
The Management Team
Mrs. Sue West and Mrs. Heidi Raza are the Assistant Practice Managers, and Miss Natasha Rowland is the Reception Manager.
They are also available to assist you with non-medical aspects of your care.
The Reception Team
Our receptionists are here to help you. They have a difficult job dealing with calls and enquiries. When you telephone for medical attention the receptionists may ask for a few details, and will treat what you tell them in the strictest confidence. They have been trained to make these enquiries so that we can help you in the most appropriate way.
Practice Nurses

The nurses are available Monday to Friday for procedures such as dressings, immunisations and travel advice, ear syringing, blood pressure checks etc. Appointments are also provided for disease management, such as asthma, diabetes and heart disease.
Phlebotomists / Healthcare Assistants
Mrs Sue Atkins
The phlebotomists, who are members of the National Association of Phlebotomists, are available to perform blood tests in the mornings.
Community Nurses
Community Nurses are responsible for nursing care in the community. They look after patients who are housebound with long- and short-term problems and following discharge from hospital.
Health Visitors
The health visitors are involved primarily with children from 0 – 5 years. There are several health clinics run in the locality; please ask a health visitor for details. They can be contacted on 01903 276999. If they are not available you may leave a message on an answerphone and your call will be returned at the first opportunity. Alternatively, you may contact the Family and Children's Centre (part of the Sure Start Programme) on 01243 642958 - Monday to Thursday.
